since Phui Yan and me have seen someone's blog have recommended this coffee shop
which is located at Padungan Road, Kuching
I'm not to give any comments to the taste of their coffees or cakes because I'm not a gourmet
But their attitude to their work
Worst services (or just because it is self-service?)
After paid the bill I just know there are no services charge to customers
but there are no sign that stated "Self-service" inside the coffee shop
and we were first-time customers
As a staffs or waiter or whatever position in a catering industry
When you see customers blur after come in and sit and waiting for your menus or orders
Why don't at least tell them "Sorry, self-service please."
But for me this is not the main thing I want to give bad comments
Dishonest is the main problem what I've seen
I don't know that is a waiter or cashier came and asked we to paid in a sudden
because we were not asking for bill yet
Okay it doesn't matter
Phui Yan paid Rm50 because the waiter told us the amount is Rm48
Then he came back and gave us change without the receipt
We asked for the receipt because we need to pay back to Phui Yan ( We are poor student so we have to AA)
Then the staff came back to gave us the receipt and another Rm0.50
Then we looked at the receipt
The exactly total is Rm47.50 but they told us is Rm48
I know it is only Rm0.50
Is a small case
But this prove that the staffs of this coffee shop is dishonest to their customers
We didn't blame the staffs for their dishonesty
But I think we would never come here again
Poor "tauke" have such staffs like this
May be you would think we are very stingy
But the main thing is not the amount that they cheat
is their attitude
Please be honest and respect to your work and customers
